Payment Policy: For reservations made more than 45 days in advance a minimum of 50% of total balance, signed rental term and condition form and $250 refundable damage deposit is required and balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. For reservations made less than 45 days in advance a minimum of 100% of total balance due, signed rental term & condition form and $250 refundable damage deposit is required. For high season it will be 60 days in advance. Refundable Damage Deposit: A $250 refundable damage deposit is required along with your initial payment. This is to cover any additional expenses that your stay may have incurred: damaged or missing items, lost key(s), international phone calls, additional cleaning, etc. The balance will be refunded within 7 business days. Payments Accepted: MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX. Cashier's check, personal check & money orders are accepted ONLY if there is a minimum of 60 days to your arrival date. Any returned checks will be charged $25. Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less $150 fee, cancellation is required 45 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received less than 45 days of arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued minus $150 fee. Rental Rates: We reserve the right to adjust any rate quoted after the 48 hour hold has expired. Rates are quoted based on occupancy Check-in Time: CHECK-IN time is 3pm. Check-Out Time: CHECK-OUT time is 10am. Late Check-out: If your flight leaves late on your date of departure, to be comfortable on your last day with us, we suggest you book an additional day's stay at the time you make your reservation. Early check-ins and late check-outs need 24 hour prior approval and may incur an additional charge. NOTE: All accommodations are for a maximum of four guests.
