Fairly private, located behind the main house. There is another cottage next door occupied by a single person who is a quiet neighbor. The yard is fairly large and pets (no more than 1 dog and/or cat) will be considered. There is a small fenced up space behind the house so your pet can have some free outside time.
There are several fruit trees and lots of flowering plants.
